We’re all about building an energy future to be proud of. Sound like a challenge you’ve been looking for?

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who bring capability across land access & assembly, planning & approvals, environmental and cultural heritage disciplines, and who are comfortable working within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments. This is an opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project in Victoria, where land access & assembly, planning & approvals, environmental and cultural heritage considerations will be critical to project development and delivery.

We are interested in hearing from people who can apply practical judgement, work collaboratively across disciplines and contribute to play a key role in helping projects move forward through development and delivery phases.

We’re not hiring for this role just yet, but we’re keen to connect with strong talent and will be in touch as opportunities come up. If this sounds aligned to your background, we would welcome your expression of interest, including your CV and a short note outlining your experience, location and availability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Planning, Engineering, Property or related disciplines
  • 5+ years’ experience in land access & assembly, planning, environmental and cultural heritage approvals, or related project-based roles
  • Experience supporting major infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport or other highly regulated environments
  • Exposure to landholder negotiations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals or environmental assessment processes
  • Strong understanding of working within structured approvals frameworks and project development environments
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including landholders, regulators, technical teams and delivery partners
  • Strong coordination capability, with the ability to bring together inputs across competing priorities
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting reports, documentation or stakeholder materials
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
