Due to growth, we have two exciting Team Lead opportunities within our SCADA EMS team:

Team Lead – SCADA Commissioning: Take charge of commissioning activities for new equipment and systems, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.

Team Lead – SCADA System Administration & Support: Lead the administration and support of SCADA systems, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Both roles involve leading skilled teams, maintaining system availability, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to keep the grid running smoothly.

  • Oversee incident and problem management for SCADA EMS systems.
  • Plan and prioritize workloads, ensuring service levels are met.

You’ll cultivate strong relationships with IOM, the Control Room, and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while fostering collaboration. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, proactively identifying what’s required beyond immediate tasks to keep projects moving.

  • Strong understanding of electricity networks and operational technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills – team management or leading workstreams.
