We’re seeking an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to support the DFN Business Unit by delivering high‑quality, coordinated administrative support to General Managers and their leadership teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly enabling leaders and teams to stay focused on strategic priorities that matter.

The Development and Future Networks (DFN) team is at the forefront of shaping the future of energy. We drive strategic growth by building strong customer, community and stakeholder support to deliver large greenfield transmission projects, generation and load connections.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

 

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to DFN General Managers and leadership teams, including diary management, meetings, email triage and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events (internal and external), including agendas, minutes, actions, logistics, technology and stakeholder liaison.
  • Prepare, format and manage presentations, reports, briefings and communications with accuracy, confidentiality and consistency.
  • Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, itineraries and logistics for GMs, teams, site visits and events.
  • Support BU‑wide coordination alongside the DFN EA, including information collation, summaries, follow‑ups and executive support tasks.
  • Maintain document control, reporting inputs, SharePoint/MS Teams sites, records, org charts and shared resources.
  • Provide financial and procurement administration, including POs, invoices, expense processing and liaison with Finance and Procurement.
  • Act as a central coordination and communication point, tracking actions, managing correspondence and supporting initiatives and engagement.
  • Contribute to smooth day‑to‑day operations, culture and engagement initiatives, ad‑hoc requests and general administrative support

 

 

 

You don’t need to check every box; however, we’re looking for a good combination of:

 

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Training or certification in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordination or support role within a corporate or operational environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in managing diaries, meetings, travel and event logistics.
  • Experience preparing and formatting reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Experience processing purchase orders, invoices or expenses within corporate systems.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint, Teams or similar document management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with procurement and finance administration processes (e.g., purchase orders, invoicing, expenses).
