As our Senior OD Advisor, you’ll sit within the People Enablement team – the engine room for culture, capability and leadership development across AusNet. Your influence will touch leaders at every level, shaping how we grow, learn and work together.
This is a role where you can bring your ideas to life, collaborate with talented people, and help us deliver our refreshed leadership framework and the next evolution of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy – sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity and delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead leadership & capability uplift
- Drive elements of our refreshed leadership framework across the business.
- Support integration with talent, performance and development processes.
- Develop and deliver OD solutions for leaders and enterprise cohorts.
Design learning that matters
- Create and curate engaging multimodal learning experiences.
- Support enterprise capability initiatives that uplift performance and culture.
- Bring fresh, practical ideas for building capability at scale.
Champion Inclusion & Diversity
- Lead delivery of our I&D strategy and key initiatives.
- Partner with ENGs, the I&D Council, and external organisations (including WGEA).
- Help embed inclusive practices and bring I&D to life across AusNet.
What you’ll bring
You don’t need to meet every single requirement to make a strong impact in this role—we welcome diverse experiences and perspectives. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 5-7 years’ working experience in a People Consulting, HR Centre of Excellence, or OD-focussed role.
- Strong stakeholder skills and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience implementing leadership, learning or OD programs.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach focused on simplicity and employee experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
