- Drive Risk & Governance: Strengthen risk frameworks, standards and assurance programs. Ensure alignment with regulatory and best‑practice requirements and provide governance oversight from Board to operations.
- Own HSE Systems: Oversee the HSE management system and ISO certifications & keep procedures current and improvement‑focused.
- Enable Data‑Driven Decisions: Lead HSEQ governance reporting, including Executive and Board. Deliver analytics that inform improvement and performance. Manage incident reporting and assurance tools.
- Lift Contractor Safety: Embed a contractor safety framework and performance measures. Partner with procurement and operational leaders to drive safe engagement.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or related field.
- Expertise in risk management, governance and ISO system requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to influence decisions.
- Background in critical risk programs, investigations and assurance.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience implementing contractor safety frameworks.
