We’re looking for a Projects & Programs Planning Lead to play a key role in shaping the future of our electricity distribution network. This position is central to planning and delivering works programs that meet regulatory, customer, and community needs.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of short, medium, and long-term plans (0–5 years) for all distribution projects and programs, ensuring they are achievable across cost, resources, materials, and timing. You’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and delivery partners to optimise planning and resource allocation, while providing insights and reporting that enable informed decision-making.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining centralised projects and programs plans for Distribution works.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverability and compliance.
- Providing accurate reporting and analysis to support operational decisions.
- Forecasting resource requirements and managing sequencing for optimum delivery.
- Driving process improvements and implementing best-practice planning methodologies.

- Demonstrated experience in project, program, and resource planning within complex environments.
- Knowledge of and operational experience in electricity distribution, utilities or infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in various systems and tools.
- Ability to innovate, adapt, and manage competing priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in program management, business, or engineering are valued but not essential.
