We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Program Planning Analyst to help us lead the way.
As the Program Planning Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting safe, efficient and effective delivery of AusNet’s Transmission Maintenance Program.
You will design the annual preventive maintenance program and supervise the corrective maintenance program for the Transmission Operations and Maintenance Service Agreement (TOMSA).
This hybrid role (Office/WFH) is based in Southbank, Melbourne, and sits within our Field Operations & Maintenance team with our Transmission line of business team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Design the annual Preventative Maintenance Program covering primary, secondary, communications and lines assets. The program has an annual value of circa. $15M, covers 25,000 jobs and is delivered by approximately 120 field resources
- Oversee the proposed costs and delivery timelines for the Corrective Maintenance plan
- Secure alternate funding for significant works and alternate delivery partners as required
- Review the delivery partners’ work planning and scheduling practices to ensure efficient and effective program delivery
- Produce reports and analytics to track delivery partner performance and suggest improvements in partner planning, scheduling, and works delivery
- Perform assurance reviews to ensure compliance with quality, process and data standards, support contractor audits and quickly resolve service provider issues
- Contribute to the Continuous Improvement agenda by proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions to ensure efficient and effective management of the TOMSA
You don’t need to tick every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Demonstrated experience in a field delivery, engineering or contract management role
- Experience with SAP ERP and data analytics tools and techniques required
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders
