Lead the change behind one of Australia's most significant critical infrastructure resilience programs.

We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Change Lead to lead change across a critical digital portfolio and help ensure our business is prepared to operate in an increasingly complex and evolving environment. 

About the role 

Reporting to the Digital Change Capability Lead, you'll be responsible for leading change delivery across the CI Fortify Program, a major initiative focused on strengthening AusNet's critical infrastructure resilience and preparedness. 

The program is designed to help ensure essential services can continue to operate during significant cyber or technology disruptions. Working across business and technology teams, you will help define how key business processes can continue to operate, support organisational readiness, and drive adoption of new ways of working. This role sits at the centre of business resilience, digital transformation and cyber preparedness. 

You'll also lead a small team, provide strategic whole of organisational guidance across cyber-related change initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Digital and the broader business.  

What you'll be doing 

• Lead change delivery for AusNet's critical infrastructure resilience program. 

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business impacts and readiness requirements. 

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption strategies. 

• Provide oversight and direction across cyber security change and communications activities. 

• Help shape the organisational approach to resilience, preparedness and business continuity. 

• Support governance forums with clear reporting, recommendations and risk management. 

• Lead and coach a small team of change practitioners.

To be successful, you'll bring: 

• Experience leading complex organisational or technology-related initiatives.

• The ability to operate strategically while remaining pragmatic and hands-on. 

• Experience working with senior leaders and navigating complex environments. 

• An understanding of cyber, resilience, critical infrastructure or business continuity concepts. 

• Experience within utilities, energy, regulated industries or consulting environments will be highly regarded.
