We’re looking for a Planning and Delivery Manager – Operational Technology (OT) Communications to take a strategic leadership role in our Digital Operations team. This newly created position will drive the development and execution of our Operational Technology (OT) Communications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory priorities across all lines of business.
What you will do:
Leading a team of four, this is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, you will:
- Lead the development of a long-term OT Communications masterplan across Transmission, Distribution, Gas and contestable businesses.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and oversee their delivery.
- Drive prioritisation, planning, and governance of the OT Communications investment program.
- Provide strategic input into regulatory submissions (TRR, EDPR, GAR).
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
- Manage a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering.
- 8+ years’ experience in strategy and planning.
- Proven ability in strategy development, problem solving, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Consulting or telco experience highly desirable, especially in commercial or strategic roles.
- Exposure to utilities or operational technology is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging ELT-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Technically curious, with the ability to translate engineering insights into business outcomes.
- Resilient under pressure, responsive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
