We have an exciting opportunity for an OD Manager to take the driver’s seat and provide expertise, and thought leadership on Talent Planning, Succession, Development, and I&D.
Playing a key role in the design, delivery and communication of key I&D initiatives and processes across the business, whilst uplifting Performance, Talent and Succession at AusNet.
With a 3/2 Hybrid split, this role is based in Southbank VIC and is part of the People Enablement team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Establishing routines and processes with ENG with Employee Network Groups, I&D council and People team
- Creating data driven Talent Succession plans with a focus on top / growth talent and critical roles
- Improve Talent Planning and Development to get the best out of our people and create a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Delivery of People projects
- Manage I&D calendar and budget for initiatives, events, partners, etc.
You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Extensive experience in a People Consulting, HR Centre of Excellence, or OD-focussed role
- Tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business or other related discipline
- You enjoy high-touch stakeholder facing roles, and are confident in presenting and influencing outcomes up to c-suite and board level
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of I&D projects and initiatives
- You enjoy a role with variety and an environment that is adapting and changing with the fast-paced energy transition
