What You’ll Do

 

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead the creation and management of the Digital Portfolio Master Schedule, enabling clear visibility across all project milestones and cross-project interdependencies.
  • Partner with project leads to support schedule planning, re-baselining, risk identification and quality assurance.
  • Define and maintain schedule standards, templates and reporting frameworks that enable consistency and compliance across all digital project scheduling.
  • Identify critical path milestones, cross-project linkages and potential roadblocks—raising insights early to support leadership decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in schedule governance, tooling and portfolio reporting.
  • Collaborate widely to share lessons learned, uplift capability and embed best practice across the Digital PMO.

 

What You Bring

 

You’re curious, adaptive, detail-driven and passionate about enabling successful delivery through excellent schedule management. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience scheduling large IT projects, particularly within similar or highly regulated sectors, bringing strong insight into digital delivery at scale.
  • Proven experience managing schedules at a portfolio level, including critical path, dependency mapping and schedule risk analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and SDLC frameworks.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (Professional/Server/Online) and exposure to tools like Jira and Planner.
  • Ability to simplify complexity, ask smart questions and provide clear, consistent reporting.
  • A background working in multi-vendor environments with strong governance and delivery standards.
  • (Nice to have) Experience supporting a transition from Project Online to Project Server.
  • (Nice to have) Experience with PowerBI to set up scheduling reporting as needed
