Purposeful work with genuinely good people. That’s refreshing.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our Mondo and AusNet brands, working collaboratively and closely with the team to coordinate events and marketing activities.  Whilst predominantly an external facing role, you will be comfortable working across both internal and external communications as part of a small, cross-disciplinary communications and brand team.

With a Hybrid split (Southbank/WFH), this role is based in Southbank working with our Marketing team within our Communications Department.  We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements with you!

This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Lead the ‘charge’ in event coordination, provide support for marketing events and trade shows, including coordinating materials, booth setup, and attendee engagement
  • Develop and reinforce Mondo’s brand identity across all communication channels for cohesive brand messaging
  • Support Mondo's business development team by producing compelling content that resonates with our key customer groups
  • Liaise with vendors, including brand agencies, merchandise producers, and event coordinators, to manage timely deliveries and handle logistical details
  • Work with our internal subject matter experts to generate engaging content for various digital content marketing channels, such as social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
  • Social Media Management - plan weekly, create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to audience inquiries and comments
  • Website Maintenance - update website content, imagery, and product information to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Maintain inventory of merchandise and marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary

You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:

  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations or similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content for internal and external audiences, and digital channels including social media
  • Excellent writing, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Event management experience
  • Experience in a complex B2B environment (e.g. energy, construction, financial services etc)
  • Understanding of Google analytics and Google Adwords

A real place to belong.

We celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives and diversity in our team. Engage and connect through our social club, family day, wide range of events or by joining one of our Employee Network Groups.

We believe in more than just competitive pay. Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Leave: more than typical personal leave and a generous 14 weeks of paid parental leave, with no minimum service.
  • Community giving: a paid day to volunteer with our social impact partner, Foodbank, or for a cause that matters to you.
  • Perks: we offer all the other perks you’ve come to expect like purchased leave, income protection insurance, novated leasing, corporate discounts, private health cover discounts and more.
