We’re seeking experienced, purpose‑driven HSE Managers to help lead the next chapter of our safety transformation across Transmission and Distribution.

What you’ll lead and deliver

Leadership & Culture

• Lead and coach a high‑performing HSE Advisor team.
• Strengthen safety leadership across operations.
• Support a learning‑led culture through quality investigations.

Strategy & Transformation

• Partner with leaders to embed the HSE Strategy.
• Translate strategy into practical, actionable processes.

Critical Risk & Assurance

• Oversee critical control assurance activities.
• Ensure timely closure of high‑risk actions.
• Maintain regulatory and ISO compliance.

Delivery Partner Engagement

• Build strong safety alignment with contractor partners.
• Support shared frameworks and capability uplift.

Governance & Insights

• Provide clear, data‑driven insights that inform decisions and drive performance improvement.

About you

You don’t need to tick every box—but you’ll succeed if you bring a blend of the following:

• Proven leadership of HSE teams in complex operational environments
• Strong capability in coaching, influencing and partnering with operational leaders
• Depth in critical risk management, assurance and investigations
• Experience working with contractors and engaging with regulators
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
• Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV minimum; Diploma or Masters preferred)
• Driver’s licence and Victorian White Card
