We’re seeking experienced, purpose‑driven HSE Managers to help lead the next chapter of our safety transformation across Transmission and Distribution.

What you’ll lead and deliver
Leadership & Culture
- Lead and coach a high‑performing HSE Advisor team.
- Strengthen safety leadership across operations.
- Support a learning‑led culture through quality investigations.
Strategy & Transformation
- Partner with leaders to embed the HSE Strategy.
- Translate strategy into practical, actionable processes.
Critical Risk & Assurance
- Oversee critical control assurance activities.
- Ensure timely closure of high‑risk actions.
- Maintain regulatory and ISO compliance.
Delivery Partner Engagement
- Build strong safety alignment with contractor partners.
- Support shared frameworks and capability uplift.
Governance & Insights
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights that inform decisions and drive performance improvement.
About you
You don’t need to tick every box—but you’ll succeed if you bring a blend of the following:
- Proven leadership of HSE teams in complex operational environments
- Strong capability in coaching, influencing and partnering with operational leaders
- Depth in critical risk management, assurance and investigations
- Experience working with contractors and engaging with regulators
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV minimum; Diploma or Masters preferred)
- Driver’s licence and Victorian White Card
