-
With awareness of future works and analysis of delivery partner throughput performance, identify and arrange suitable works packages that promote efficient delivery assurance across the Dx portfolio
-
Provide delivery partners with guidance on operational opportunities for greater efficiency through assessment of inspection activities leading to corrective maintenance, customer connection trends and other projects / programs of works.
-
Assess and ensure resource planning aligns with Maintenance and Customer Works Programs and predict future resourcing needs based on historical performance trends, resource plans (internal and external), market trends and external influences.
-
Provide expertise to analyse and interrogate work plans to support internal and external delivery decision-making.
-
Create and implement new processes to support ongoing improvements to efficient works delivery, drawing on best practices and methodologies.
-
Provide accurate data and timely reporting on regular and ad hoc basis including progress of program delivery, resource insights, Spatial/GIS mapping services, and escalate priority areas early as required.
-
Provide deliverability assurance across works delivery timing, resource requirements, location bundling and materials delivery in coordination with various costing and contractual models
-
Support sequencing of internal and external resources for optimum delivery across all Distribution works
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
-
Experience within the utility sector and a thorough understanding of regulated businesses and network requirements.
-
Experience in project, program and resource planning within a complex environment and understanding of associated methodologies.
-
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise numerous inputs and present clear findings and recommendations.
-
