About the role
This role will see you have responsibility for implementing, evolving and activating our new employer brand strategy, with a focus on promoting our EVP to current and future talent. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns, showcasing our EVP across all channels and platforms
- Strengthening our EVP with targeting and segmenting messaging to specific talent groups
- Partnering with the external branding marketing team to identify opportunities to collaborate for maximum go-to-market impact
- Establishing and managing an employee advocacy program
- Reviewing and working on a careers page and candidate application process overhaul
- Identifying key events and partnerships as it relates to AusNet’s EVP and promotion of it
- Educating the TA, People Partnering and Marketing team on the EVP and how to use it effectively to attract talent
- Evaluating employee feedback, market trends, current and prospective talent to AusNet and aligning the EVP accordingly
- Measuring the EVP effectiveness and adjust as appropriate
- Collaborating across the business to align recruitment advertising strategies with organisational objectives
About you
You don’t need to tick every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Marketing and/or Business or other related discipline
- Proven experience of employer branding & talent marketing within a corporate environment
- Expertise in content creation & campaign management across various digital platforms, social media and careers pages
- Proven experience in creating and managing an employee advocacy program
- Experience and an understanding of managing public employer review platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, Seek etc
- An understanding of how to partner with general marketing teams to align EVP with the broader corporate marketing approach
- A creative mindset and approach to content creation, video creation etc
- Able to understand and use data to measure campaign effectiveness
