We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who bring strong commercial and/or legal capability and are comfortable working in complex project environments.

This is an opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project in Victoria, where commercial and legal rigour will play a key role in supporting project development and delivery. We are interested in hearing from people who can apply sound judgement, manage risk and provide clear, practical advice across a fast-moving and multi-stakeholder environment.

We’re interested in people at different levels of experience, particularly those who can bring relevant experience from large and complex infrastructure projects or commercial project environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial, legal or contract management roles within project-based environments
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction or other complex projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial frameworks and risk management
• Experience supporting contract administration, negotiations, claims, variations or dispute resolution processes
• Ability to provide clear and practical advice to project teams on contractual and commercial matters
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including delivery teams, partners, external advisors and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation, reporting and governance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels
