About the Role
Join our Compliance, Risk & Corporate Affairs team and play a key role supporting our Transmission business. As a Compliance Advisor, you’ll manage compliance registers, provide expert advice, and support regulatory change – all while driving continuous improvement and building strong relationships across the business and with regulators.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Maintain the Transmission businesses’ compliance registers, including mapping key processes and controls.
- Timely performance reporting, breach reporting and information request responses.
- Provide compliance advice and support for regulatory and business change.
- Effective coordination and preparation of internal reporting and materials, including executive level materials.
- Proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
- Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
About you!
You don’t need to meet every requirement, but we’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in consulting, audit, legal, utilities or infrastructure roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
- Legal training and interpretation skills (preferred, but not essential).
