We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Complex Energy Project Coordinator to help us lead the way.
As Complex Energy Project Coordinator you will apply technical specialist skills, owning and delivering the end-to-end process of complex customer-initiated connection projects with limited supervision, ensuring time, budget and quality meet our customer's expectations and compliance standards.
With a hybrid split (Office/WFH)), this role is based in Beaconsfield and sits within our Connections, Network Operations & Delivery team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Complex energy supply and generation capability connection projects are defined as:
- Low/medium density underground residential/industrial subdivision projects
- Complex commercial/industrial connections greater than 500KVA
- OH/UG relocation projects
- Major public lighting schemes
- Projects involving REFCL isolating Transformers
- Basic HV customer connections (load/Generation)
- Deliver strong customer service and strong stakeholder management with customers and community representatives (authorities, council members, and emergency services) to ensure an effective energy supply or generation capability for our customers
You don’t need to tick every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Demonstrated experience in an energy distribution network, with a demonstrated commitment to safety, project coordination and problem solving
- Significant experience in Senior project coordination
- Proven experience in project financial management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – a customer advocate who is professional, responsive and informative with a strong customer resolution focus
- Diploma of ESI (Design) or equivalent is desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally
