We are looking for a Change Manager to provide end to end change management support to reshape and embed way Network Operations and Safety operates and delivers work.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Develop Change Management plans for the initiative(s) in line with the AusNet Change Management framework and People processes, detailing the overall change management approach, stakeholders impacted, high level impacts, key activities and success measurements.
• Working closely with business owners, leaders, People and Communications teams to define and deliver change management activities to support the delivery of business plans and initiatives.
• Application of specific change management frameworks and theories to increase change adoption.
• Contribute to the identification and execution of business engagement activities to improve awareness and commitment to the initiatives.
• Define Change Management measure of success to embed the new ways or working and actively monitor and support the impacted team’s journey, in conjunction with the business leaders.
• Increase the change capability of Network Operations and Safety leaders through coaching and ensure change is in accordance with the change management and people change frameworks

You don’t need to check every box, however we’re looking for a good combination of:

• Strong experience with change management in a project environment
• Relevant qualifications or training in Change Management including PROSCI
• Extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors.
• Applied change management delivery on a number of projects simultaneously, from conception to implementation, and supporting the realisation of program objectives.
