What’s the Role
We’re looking for a Change Manager who loves turning complexity into clarity. You’ll lead the charge on uplifting and enhancing our various SAP systems and platforms – the backbone of how we manage finance, people & payroll, legal entities, procurement, and assets. Think of it as helping us level up our digital game while keeping our people engaged and excited.
You will do this role with ease as you will be:
- Change champion: You know your frameworks and can make them sing.
- SAP savvy: Experience with SAP projects? Big bonus points!
- Training guru: Love designing and facilitating learning sessions? We love that too!
- People whisperer: You can engage stakeholders at every level and keep them on board.
- Adaptability: Ambiguity? You thrive in it. Complexity? You simplify it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting and delivering change plans that actually work.
- Partnering with leaders to make change stick.
- Creating comms that people actually read (and maybe even enjoy!).
- Facilitating training that makes learning fun and impactful.
- Coaching leaders to build change capability and embrace digital-first thinking.
