We’re evolving how Digital & Technology delivers work and partners with the business, and we’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support that shift — translating strategy into practical, people‑centred change.
This role has a strong focus on Digital Customer and Field‑based initiatives, working across internal teams, customer‑facing functions and external delivery partners. Reporting to the Digital Change Capability Lead, you’ll deliver end‑to‑end change across multiple initiatives, helping embed consistent, pragmatic change while building capability across the business.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Delivering end‑to‑end change management for Digital & Technology initiatives.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand impacts and support teams through change.
- Developing fit‑for‑purpose change plans aligned to AusNet’s change framework.
- Conducting stakeholder and impact analysis across varied audiences.
- Designing and delivering engagement and communication approaches.
- Supporting learning and capability uplift linked to new ways of working.
- Measuring adoption and benefits, and supporting sustained change.
- Providing practical, people‑focused change advice to project and delivery teams.
- Contributing to broader culture and delivery model uplift across Digital & Technology.
You don’t need to check every box, however were looking for a good combination of:
- Strong, hands‑on experience delivering change in complex project environments (ideally 5+ years).
- Formal change management training or accreditation (e.g. PROSCI).
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams.
- Clear, practical communication style — able to simplify complexity.
- Experience working in or alongside digital, technology or IT environment
