About the role
We’re currently seeking a Building Services Coordinator to join our team in the East of Victoria. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our workplace environments are safe, functional, and well-maintained supporting our people to thrive.
As the first point of contact for building services, you’ll:
- Oversee operations across multiple sites across East Victoria including Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Sale, Leongatha and Warragul
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement
- Coordinate and track preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to operational requests and resolve maintenance issues
- Manage WHS compliance for contractors, ensuring safety standards are not compromised.
- Process invoices and manage allocated budgets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Support the delivery of capital and maintenance projects
- Help drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in facility services or building operations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable)
- A current Victorian driver’s licence (essential)
