An excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator who will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day Procure to Pay (P2P) support to relevant stakeholders.

 

With a Hybrid split (Office location, up to 3 days/WFH), this role is based in Southbank working within the Accounts Payable team of our Finance & Governance Division.

 

This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Provide prompt accurate responses to any supplier and internal stakeholder queries within SLA
  • Act as the first point of contact with the Inbound Support Line and ServiceNow requests
  • General accounts and procurement admin tasks to support the business
  • Maintain relevant shared mailboxes including AP, Procurement, Help Desk
  • Supplier onboarding (new vendor onboarding)
  • Supplier queries related to Ariba

 

You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Business, Accounting or other relevant discipline preferred
  • Exposure in a similar P2P role preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP
  • Demonstration of strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Experience with stakeholder and supplier relationship management
  • Ability to influence key business stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
