We are looking for a Fleet Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based at our Lilydale site. You don’t need to check every box, however we’re looking for a good combination of:

  • Previous experience in fleet administration, fleet coordination, transport administration, or a similar operational support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records, processing invoices, and managing fleet data.
  • Experience coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, repairs, and claims management.
