Job description:

What you will be doing as part of the Mondo Team?

Mondo is a division of the commercial arm of AusNet Services. Mondo drives profitable growth through business development opportunities in spatial LiDAR data acquisition and analysis, field force management, mobility and energy management.

To primary purpose of the role is to provide leadership and develop a customer first culture within the team as they represent the main route for all customers to access support services for Mondo’s large array of applications

This is a challenging environment where you will be able to learn numerous applications as you endeavour to provide quality customer support and solutions while being the go to person for your less experienced colleagues.

You will be afforded the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and development, through establishing best practices, identifying trends of incidents, generating reports of problem’s and team productivity and making appropriate recommendations to the Manager of Service Delivery.

This is an opportunity within the Data Services team who are market leaders in spatial solutions with deep market knowledge of the utility industry. This opportunity is suited to candidates who possesses a least 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Lead role, supporting software applications in a fast moving agile environment. As well as supporting our client base using our innovative custom geomatic and spatial software this is an exciting time to join us as we embark on 4 major projects of work.

This is an evolving and growing division of AusNet Services that will also provide an environment where future opportunities will present themselves. In this role you will not only be able to further develop your own technical skills but also afforded the opportunity of utilising your experience to lead and mentor younger team members.
