Customer Services & Call Centre

Customers are at the forefront of why we move energy, and we take our relationships with customers very seriously - whether they be individual customers or communities.

The Customer Service Team is responsible for a broad range of both customer-facing and business-facing operational and strategic services.  The team acts as an interface for the majority of customer enquiries and connection requests.  The Customer Services team is also responsible for reaching-out to, communicating with and educating customers and communities, across a range of issues, so that they are empowered to make decisions about their energy future. 

We are looking for individuals that are personable, have great communication skills and are enthusiastic to join our team.
